Room Layout Types

Use this reference data to manage the standard layouts in which a room can potentially be used. You can set up room layout types here and also use them to specify further optional room layouts, with different capacities (number of seats) in the room record.

The different layouts applicable to the room and the capacity of each room can also be recorded here (for example: exam layout, oral layout and teaching layout).

You can link the room layouts to the room by selecting from the list of values and then adding the capacity.
